My husband’s cremation was arranged with Laura, and she could not have been more professional and helpful. She explained the process slowly and carefully, always stopping to ask if I, or my young adult children had any questions. When we picked up my husband’s cremains, we were assisted by Bryce. He, like Laura, could not have been any more professional and helpful. When I couldn’t compose myself enough to sign for the cremains, he immediately said it’s okay, and slid the form to my son to sign. I was so very grateful for his compassion in that moment.
