On December 5th, 2022, Cecilia “Ann” Stelly passed away peacefully in her sleep with her children by side. Born December 14, 1949 to Cecil & Elizabeth Mead, in a small town just outside of Des Moines, Iowa. In her early 20’s she met the love of her life and husband, Joseph Stelly. They celebrated a happy and wonderful life of 52 years together, until 2016, when he passed. She is survived by her children Heath Stelly, Heather Barker and Joshua Stelly. She was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, whom she adored and loved whole heartedly. She will be greatly missed by her whole family. Her family takes comfort in their belief that she is happy and at peace with her husband and their 1 grandchild. There will be no service, but there will be a private celebration of life for Ann at a later date.
