Helga Frida Agnes (Sander) Hardin 12/14/1930 to 3/3/2021 Helga was born in Celle, Germany to Franz Otto and Hermine Martha Erna Sander. The family resided in Wienhausen, Germany where she was raised during WWII. After the war she met and married an American, Lyndell Hardin, who was a U S military Air Traffic Controller during the Berlin Airlift. On September 29, 1950 she immigrated to the United States and joined her husband in Detroit, MI where they began raising their family together. Multiple moves took them to Bellbrook, OH where they resided for about 60 years until their final move to Las Vegas, NV. Helga wished to become a U.S. citizen and while raising 4 small children, she took classes and testing until she achieved U.S. Citizenship on February 23, 1961. She was a wife, mother and successful businesswoman supporting her husband in their CB/Radio repair business. She taught her children table manners, how to be polite and courteous, to be independent and to have a wonder lust to see the world. She was surrounded by her children and her Granddaughter, Maike Hardin, at the time of her passing. Her Husband, Lyndell Hardin preceded her in death. She is survived by her children: William Rex Hardin (Claudia) Franz Albert Hardin (Joann) Linda Lee Francis (Bill) Sandra Lynn Maynard. She had 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter. Private services and burial will be in Camden, TN where her husband was laid to rest in 2019.
