Isabelle returned home to her Heavenly Father and into the arms of her one true love, Ezra Brent Bills on December 8, 2019 at home in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Isabelle had been diagnosed with dementia a few years back, and on September 9, 2019 she suffered a massive stroke which sped up her entrance into Heaven.

Isabelle was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great great grandmother.

Isabelle will be remembered by her children and grandchildren for her gift of baking and her love of a soft bathrobe. Isabelle took pride in everything she did, from delicious food, to keeping her home clean and in order, and always looking her best. She never left her home without her hair and makeup done and a matching handbag.

Isabelle obtained the most Christ-like quality available to each of us, true forgiveness. She completely forgave people and never mentioned the offense again.  An attribute of Christ, we should all strive to obtain.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband: Ezra Brent Bills, as well as 3 sons, Steven James Bills, Allen Thomas Bills, Jerry Brett Bills, her parents Peter and Nellie Stewart, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, and also a few grandchildren.

She is survived by 6 children:  Brenda O’Neal (Robert) Green River, Wyoming, Larry Bills (Marcie) Murray, Utah, Jeffrey Bills (Vicki) Springdale, Arkansas, Duane Bills Boise, Idaho, Debra Enniss (Cary) Las Vegas, Nevada, Kenneth Bills Elko, Nevada, many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as 1 sister Laura Rudarmel Taylorsville, Utah .

She is gone from our sight, but will remain forever in our hearts. We selfishly wanted her to remain on earth with us, but know in our hearts, she is where she wants to be. As Isabelle passed from this life and crossed over into Heaven, we are sure there was an amazing reunion rejoicing with her. We love you, it is not good bye, it is until we meet again!
