June “Junie” Debbie Pickelsimer Aguon
June “Junie”, 65 years of Las Vegas, Nevada departed and took her leave from this world on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 with family by her side.
Born on January 11, 1956 on the island of Guam and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1999. June was known for her hospitality, loyalty, and most importantly, her unconditional love. Anyone who met her and spoke with her for more than 5 minutes, will say how drawn they were to her. She was an amazing friend, neighbor, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was a lieutenant for the Guam Department of Corrections before relocating to Las Vegas where she continued in her career path as a Corrections Officer with Corrections Corp of America at SNWCF Las Vegas until 2004. Her remaining years she spread her unconditional love to everyone she encountered and left many wonderful memories for all to have.
June is survived by:
Spouse – Joseph Babauta Aguon
Children – Haunani (Eteling) Ngowakl, Mahealani (Juan) Sotomayor, and Leina’ala Aguon (Alvin Thomas II), Barbara (Tony) Mendiola, Ronald Aguon, Antoinette Aguon (Ricky Hallegado), Darlene Aguon (Rolando Cabial)
Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren – 30 Grandchildren, 27 Great grandchildren
Siblings – Frank Joseph (Annie) Pickelsimer Jr., Larry (Deborah) Pickelsimer, Carol (Jose) Santos, Donna Pickelsimer, and Luis Fuse
She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
June now joins:
Parents – Frank Joseph Pickelsimer Sr. and Katie Yuklin Inn Pickelsimer
Siblings – Calvin “Sonny” Pacheco, Eddie Pacheco, JW “Freddy” Pickelsimer, Earl Pickelsimer, Harriet Coffman Inn and Helen “Audrey” Fuse

Her wishes included celebrating her life and would love all who she has impacted to join us in doing so. Our condolences to Joe and the family. May Jehovah give you comfort during this difficult time. As Jesus promised in John 5:28, June now has the resurrection hope and we look forward to the day when she will rise from her memorial tomb and we shall be with her once again.
