Linda Robles

Linda Susan Robles was born October 14, 1949 in Hillsdale, Michigan to Bernard Gillette Smith and Naomi Ruth Harding.  Linda had two children Matt and Lacey, married Ernesto Robles, Jr. on December 31, 1990, and remained married for 30 years.  They had nine grandchildren (Mark, Isaac, Joseph, Jonathon, Arianne, Thoryn, Clinton, Laynie May and Charlie) and two great-grandchildren (Lian and Lillian).

Linda was very gifted, generous and caring and it all came from the heart.  She fostered children, delivered clothing to people in need, knitted beanies for newborn babies, quilted, embroidered and was an avid reader.

On November 9th Linda was in a horrific car accident.  Although she continued to fight, Linda was taken from us on December 31st, 2020.  Linda was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Auntie, sister, and friend.  Linda is survived by her husband, two children, two sisters (Debbie and Wanda), nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  She will be missed dearly.

    • Thank you Susan. She fought a good fight. But I think that when they told her that she would never walk again, she gave up. I miss her dearly.
