He fought a courageous 2-year battle with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and he passed away with his loving wife, Valerie, and loving son, Glenn, by his side.
Andrew was born in Perth Amboy, NJ to his parents Andrew and Esther Zigre and lived in NJ all his life until he moved from Avenel, NJ to North Las Vegas, NV in June of 2018.

Andrew graduated from Perth Amboy High School in 1967 and went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree from Montclair State University in 1971. Soon after he started his career in manufacturing as a Corrugator Planner working at Interstate Container Corp. in Edison, NJ for over 10 years and then for 23 years at Temple-Inland International Paper Company in Spotswood, NJ. He retired in January of 2008.
He enjoyed taping and listening to music that he loved. He especially loved the oldies as well as country music. He also enjoyed watching sports on television. His favorite teams were the Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders, NY Mets and NY Yankees. He especially enjoyed going out to the best restaurants in Las Vegas with his wife and son.
