Bernice Gay

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving Mother, Bernice Gay of Reno, Nevada.  Born on May 16, 1933 In College Park, Georgia.  She passed away on August 24, 2021 at St. Mary's hospital at the age of 88.

She was the best Mother anyone could ever ask for.  She worked for California Pacific Medical Center for over 30 years, before she Retired.  Our Mother was the Matriarch of our family.  She always cared whole heartedly for everyone and was loved by many.

She was affectionately known by her Grandson, Alfren as Bert.  Alfren lived with his Grandmother and took excellent care of her.  We know that to be absent from this place, is to be present with the Lord.  My Mother will always be watching over us.  We will miss her dearly.  Jesus went and prepared a place for our Mother and now she is in one of God's beautiful mansions.  We will carry on in her honor and try our best to make her proud.  We will see her again in Heaven.
