Patricia Arrasate

Patricia Joyce Arrasate, 83 passed away at home in Henderson, NV, under hospice care on January 6, 2021 surround by family and holding her beloved husband’s hand.  She had many occupations during her lifetime.  What she will be remembered for the most and she enjoyed the most was being a wife, mother, and grandmother.  Pat was born on July 31, 1937 to Charles and Marion Countryman in Newburgh, NY.  Pat, Gene, and her children moved to Nevada in 1983.  There they created a welcoming home where many friends became a part of her extended family.  Pat is survived by her husband Eugene Arrasate; daughter Genea Hart and her husband Kevin; son Michael Arrasate and his wife Kimberly and their daughters Valerie and Emily.  Pat is also survived by two sisters, Betty Smith and Doris Duch and her brother Nelson Countryman.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Merlin and Richard Countryman.  Pat loved all children, her family, friends, and dogs.  Due to her love of children, Pat often donated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  In-lieu of flowers consider making a donation in her honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at https://www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html
